Message from Management: Gratitude to Our Employees and Our Commitment to the Future

Nathalie Tanious, TravelBrands CEO & President
I couldn't be more proud of our team for earning this incredible recognition. Winning the Best Work Place in Canada award is not just an achievement--it's a testament to the passion, commitment, and genuine care each of our team members brings to our workplace every single day. We've built a culture rooted in collaboration, respect, and support, and that's what truly sets us apart.
This award belongs to all of us. Thank you to each team member  for showing up, lifting each other up, and continuously making our organization a place where people feel valued, inspired, and empowered to do their best work.

Diana Valler, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)
Being named one of Canada's Best Workplaces is a proud moment, but what matters most to me is the journey behind it. We've built a culture grounded in belonging, collaboration, and a true One Team mindset and that's what continues to drive our success every day.
Cheers to continuing to live Kokoru Odoru and reaching new heights together!

Message from TravelBrands staff

"I've been with the company for over 20 years, and I truly feel like it's more than just a "place to work". Over this time, I've had many opportunities to learn, grow, and try new things, which has kept my role feeling fresh and meaningful! What stands out most to me is the people - there's a genuine sense of support and collaboration, and you never feel like you're on your own. HR, executives and all leaders alike, are beyond approachable, and you can feel that everyone truly cares. This makes a big difference in our day-to-day lives. I also really value the flexibility and trust we're given to do our best work. Being part of such an amazing organization is the pure definition of "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life"!"
- Carolyn Bujtas, Director Call Centre

"I believe our company values (Harmony, Integrity, and Success) really say it all. The trust our leaders place in us, along with the opportunities we're given, speaks to why this is such a great place to work. I've had the chance to grow from a support agent to a manager, and the support and guidance I've received along the way show how a strong culture and good leadership can truly open doors. One moment that really stood out was my move from Merit Loyalty to Travel Brands--it didn't even feel like I was switching divisions, which says a lot about how consistent and welcoming our culture is."
-Anubhav Bali, Manager Application Support

"What air means to life is what my work means to me, and this cannot be sustained without having the best workplace in the industry.
I will be completing 18 years with the company during summer 2026 and love the work culture, environment of learning, getting inspired each day and motivated to improvise all the areas of expertise.
I am lucky to have perpetual training and entire management support always and is eased to overcome all the hurdles to overcome especially when we have an 'open door' policy."
-Vikas Malhotra, Travel Expert
