HIS Group D&I Initiatives
The HIS Group promotes D&I (Diversity & Inclusion).In 2021, HIS received the Kurumin certification, a certification issued by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare to companies that meet standards for the provision of child-rearing support. Furthermore, HIS and Miki Tourist received the third level Eruboshi certification given to companies that promote female participation and advancement in the workplace.
As for the Kyushu Sanko Group, in addition to existing certifications held by Kyushu Sangyo Kotsu Holdings and Sanko Bus, the city of Kumamoto newly awarded certification for child-rearing support standards to Kyushu Sanko Auto Service and Kyushu BM Service.
