Pursuit to offer the freedom and inspiring experiences of travelling

For Japanese people living in an island country, the rest of the world used to be a distant place in many ways. In contrast, in today’s information society the world feels so close that we tend to have a false sense that we already know all about it. That is exactly why we encourage our customers to visit places to touch and feel the different cultures. There will be new discoveries and inspirations, which could be a life-changing experience that alters their views forever. The way our customers travel and the way they feel about travelling are completely personal and unique and are different each time. Our principle is to respect each customer’s desire to travel and provide the support for them to realise their dream journey. We always consider the customers’ point of view and pursue to offer wonderfully inspiring experiences that will lead to yet another journey somewhere else. We firmly believe that our growth is based upon providing the most enjoyable services to our customers.

Since our establishment in 1980, we have introduced many changes in the travel market defying existing frameworks and boundaries offering the freedom of travel to our customers. And now, the environment surrounding the travel market is rapidly changing. H.I.S. believes that it is an opportunity for a new challenge. In today’s society where the border between the travel industry and the information industry is not clearly defined, we will transform into a new H.I.S. full of young blood whilst maintaining venture spirit of our establishment. We will continue to develop new business models to create more accessible and more independent world travels and establish the world brand “H.I.S.”
